nbx page cutting out

When pging with a 3com nbx v3000,the phones cut out and lose audio then the audio comes back any help thanks

This sounds like a multicast issue on your network. All page traffic is multicast.
Make sure that your switch is not doing IGMP snooping, and check that the switch is not overloaded.
What Revision of software is on your NBX?

Thanks for the Help i am running R6_0_63
Since I Have two Swicthes
I turned IGMP Snooping on one and on the other one
IGMP Query IGMP Snooping and it help no more cutting
