HELP!!!!
I'm able to add a new IP phone to the system. From the new phone I can make calls to other extensions within the network as well as outgoing calls. However, it is unable to receive any incoming calls. I understand that it cannot receive any incoming calls from outside without an external DID mapping to it, but it's also unable to receive any incoming calls from within our office with phones on the same NBX system.
When I dial the new extension, it simply throw me into what sounds like the Auto Attendant.
Does anyone have any ideas what I need to do to activate that new extension?
