NBX calls auto cut off after 4 hours .

Hi .

does anyone know of any settings on the NBX that would cause calls to disconnect after 4 hours . I have been asked about this today and i can't see any info , Only thing i can find is a line provider fail safe disconnect .

Any info will be appreciated .
