NBX 3.4.3 transfer problem

Hi,

I'm NBX newbie. I have two nbx in two sites interconnected by wlan. I have two E1 connection (from different providers) one in each site to connect to PSTN.

In one of the sites If i receive one incoming call from pstn try to transfer to an extension in another site phone rings but i don't have voice. if receive an incoming call from pstn in the other site and i try to transfer to this site i don't have problems.


Configurations are equal in both NBX and versions are equal?

Could anyone give some tips or tell me what traces i can do?

do you experience 1-way audio on ext to ext calls or only calls coming in on the circuit?

Check routers and switches.

Are you using Cisco switches?

There is a lot of problems related to one-way audio or better one-way audio. Most of the times it is the router or the switch.
