NBX 100 Problem Retriving CDR Records

Hi

I've got a NBX 100 V5_0_31, When I try to retrieve CDR records Using the NBX call reports software I recieve the following error:

An Error occurred while retriveing information from the NCP
There may be a problem with your network connection.

Error Info: [12002 - Communications error: The requuest has timed out.]



The NBX Call reports version is: R5.0.4

If I ping the NBX ip address I receive answer

Any Ideas?
