You can't.
The ring .wav files are in 2 places on the NBX system - the NBX and on the phones themselves. If you change one, the other will still play the old one. The phones do not download the tomes as part of their init., they are hard-coded into the firmware.
Not the brightest idea by 3Com on that one.
