NBX 100 call Routing

Currently I have an operator group configured on my NBX system. This is to ensure that all call are answered once the operator is busy. The other user are complaining that the operator is not doing her job because all call are being routed to their extensions. I checked and found once the operator is on a call the call overflow to the other extensions. I would like to know if the system can be configured to ring on the operator extension before overflowing to the other extensions even if the operator is on a call
 
First, remind the other users that the system is operating correctly and they're only receiving calls BECAUSE the operator is already on a call.

Second, you CAN configure it differently so that the 'Operator' Hunt Group rolls over to a second 'Rollover' Hunt Group, and put the Operator's extension AND the other extensions in the 'Rollover' Hunt Group; that way the Operator will receive the rollover call, as well as the other extensions in the 'Rollover' Hunt Group.
