NBX 100 - 3106 MWI will not turn off

I have a NBX 100, my 3106 phone shows 3 messages waiting, but when I check messages there are none. The MWI will not turn off on the display, what do I do to turn it off?

3106 cant remember ever seeing one of those, but if there isnt anmessages currently in the box, than just delete the user profile and re add it. the user would have to re-record their own VM greetings but I see that as being the quickest way.
