I have had this error before, and i created a new user as ctidata and password in contact center. It will still not connect. What am I missing? I keep getting the message-"symposium driver not connected, going down to try and re-connect to 60034". What can i do???

In your driver configuration within NICE you will need to specify the same login and password.
 
we used our blue admin username and password as the rest of them are forced to change the passwords every 30 days...

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.
