NBNM service not running according to NICE-SCCS says it is?

I have a issue with SCCS saying that NBNM Service is running and NICE appl. is saying that it is not running and that Symposium will start the driver. Also, My ES_Service in services on SCCS will not start even when I manually right click and try to start it.

Can anyone tell me what is the issue? Is it with SCCS or with NICE?

I solved it. It had to do with creating a new user and password for NICE which allowed access to SCCS. Somehow my user and password for NICE was erased in SCCS.
