NBII to Cisco connect problems.

In the next couple of weeks I will need to connect a 3Com NBII 8 slot(s/w ver 9.3) to a Cisco 3620 Router (s/w ver 12.1) over a 2Meg PPP link. Is anyone aware of any problems in doing this?
