NAVMSE -- lost password

I have Norton Antivirus for Exchange 5.5 and after changing the passwords to the Domain servers and to all the related services that use that authentication, the NAVMSE web-gui interface gives me a domain login. I have tried every password I have (I keep all passwords recorded down). I used to get the web interface which contains a login, but I don't get that.
I am looking for the location in regedit but so far can't find the place where the password can be reset to "symantec" or something. I saw where another post had the answer for NAV 8.1 but that is different than NAVMSE, so I must find the right spot.
I looked for previous posts but can't seem to use the right wording in query...
any feedback would be much appreciated!
