navisphere cli agent how to create priviledged user

hello i a have agent for windows 2000 and i am using the cli command interface to connect to the array (fc 4500). i can connect to the array and get some status infos but when i want to build an array i get the information that i don't have enough rights to do so. i am loged in under win2k as administrator and in the agent i have saved administrator as user. but it is not working.

In the agent.config file insert:

user administrator@hostname

for my computer the entry would be:

user administrator@laptop
