Navisphere agent can't communicate with both SP's on 4400

I have Navisphere 6.2 installed. Using a windows 2000 portal communicating with a RH 2.4 Linux host agent connected through a Brocade switch to the Clariion/Dell FC4400/4500. No matter what I do, I can only get the agent to see one SP at any given time. I can't seem to see both SP's at the same time. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
