I'm running Navisocore on a Solaris platform with the usual HPOV NNM base. On the Navisocre map my working trunks are BLACK and should be GREEN. When i take them down they go RED as expected.
How do i fix the BLACK trunk scenario? Incidentally this is not version specific.

If you are running NavisCore via XWindows, then required X resources are not being loaded onto X Windows server (the UNIX machine or X terminal you are viewing the map on) NavisCore uses green for an Up trunk color but HP Openview displays them as black by default.

The machine you are telnetting from may have the wrong .Xdefaults file. Make sure you have the correct .Xdefaults file in the home directory of the machine from which you are telnetting
