Navigational Bar using "Includine Page". Your Recommendation!

hi,

I am planning to use "web objects" feature of including a page in another page. Is this technique recommanded for navigational bar. I know i would be easy to maintain site but is this technique cross-platform supported and what are the effects on performance.

Secondly, for testing "Form", is it required to publish it first. Can i publish it to my IIS without any Domain Name (not yet purchased). Does IIS support site-hosting for testing purposes.
