I have setup a connection to a database and everything works fine, I was just curious as to whether it was possible to add navigation to the search results.

Some searchs can result in many results, i know how to limit the amount of results that are shown per page, but when i try to add navigation such as goto next record etc it does not display the rest of the results from the search.

To create the navigation i am using the recordset paging - move to next record option in Dreamweaver, but it doesnt work or appear to work anyway.

Please Help lol

Another thing i am also trying to achieve is to use a drop down menu as a search field.

The drop down menu contains words such as CORP 1 and ASSOC. When one of them is selected a search is performed on the database and then records that contain these in the information is then displayed. Is it possible to search a database with a drop down menu and if so how do i achieve this?

look at this faq faq333-3229 by tty0
havent used it but looks good - what your are trying
to do requires a thorough understanding of sql,
recordsets and the post method.

good luck
