Navigating Word document in OLE container

I have a Word 95 document that is protected for forms.

If I open it in Word I can use the tab key to move between form fields and the cursor keys to move between characters. If I open it in the OLE container control in VB5 the tab, cursor and backspace keys are disabled.

Is there a way to active the keys in VB? It's annoying the users that they can't move around in the same way they can in Word.
