Hello everyone-

Would greatly appreciate help on a form problem.

When I open a form (in Form view0 it opens at record 1 of N. I usually want to add new records and must navigate to last record.
Form set as follows:
Default View: Single Form*
Record Selectors: Yes
Navigation Buttons: Yes
* can't change to Continuous form since form contains a subform.

Also navigating through the various records seems confusing especially if change any existing records.

Any ideas greatly appreciated thanks

You can open a form as Data Entry or set Data Entry to Yes in design view.

Does the trick just fine. Another new item in access learned. Thanks
