When viewing scheduled instances of reports for the first time, the instance takes a very long time to display.(Sometimes it takes for ever..never comes back) When viewing subsequent times the report is displayed immediately. Any ideas what might be causing this? If so, how can i resolve this? Between some of the instances I have are scheduled to export in excel 8.0 and some in excel 7.0..I saw the known issue but not sure If this is the problem..Any ideas? Thanks
