NAVCE 7.6 on Win2k install just hangs

I am installing a new server in a server group. The install stops (waits indefinitely but does not crash - mouse and keyboard responsive) on the form that shows the machines to be modified.

This is the only server being installed in this AV Rollout session.

The form shows:
Status: Copying files
%: 100%
Errors: <no errors>
