NavBar and globally updating

Hi

I have a website menu created with Fireworks, and this is on a number of pages in my site.

When I update the link information how do I get this to change on all instances of the menu within the site?

Is there a way within dreamweaver to access the html that the menu is made from dynamically? When I insert the menu into a page it only copies the html into the current page so you have to edit all pages to update a link.
