Stupid question - sorry. I'm asking for a neighbor. How do you cancel the NAV subscriptions after you've renewed them? Is there a way to get a partial refund? My neighbor and I have looked all over Symantec's website but we can't find anything about this.
 
Think you would need to contact Symantec over the phone and ask them about it. But i cant see them giving a refund after you have already renewed.

 
Hi there,

on all Symantecs there is a 60 days money back garanty. That includes the subscription service.

If you want a refund just contact Symantec Customer Services, give them your Account ID and your order number, and the money will be refunded.
