NAV SSC server group, primary server catch-22

How do I delete a SSC server group that has a crashed primary server?
I have a Nav CE 7.6 NT server that runs SSC. The server group for this one location had only a primary server, which is now dead. I am unable to unlock the server group due to the primary server not being accessable, hence cannot delete group.
Symantec's site was not very useful with this issue.

Thanks for your time.
