Dear Technical Team,
For the past 1 week we are facing following peculiar problem in nav definition update in Exchange Server. O.S. version is NT 4.0. with sp5 and Exchange 5.5 with sp4. NAV MSE version 2.11. For virus checking we have enabled the MAPI/VAPI combination mode.
We have recently upgraded the NAVMSE from 1.5 to 2.11. To avoid the automatic update of mail boxes and public folders, we have kept the def watch service as manual. After upgrade it started working fine. Only in the night time we will update the latest nav definition from the nav server. We even disabled following option in Symantec System Console by selecting the exchange client.

schedule client for automatic update using live update.
In the other servers, we have set automatic update option as 10:00 AM. In exchange server alone, the nav is automatically getting updated at 08:30 AM itself even though we have disabled the parent server update option. Also we have uninstalled following components.

Kindly advise us how to overcome this issue.
