We have NAV for Exchange here (7.6 I think and running on Win2k and Exchange 2k).
It works great for us, but it has recently (within the last month) started behaving oddly.
It will let a message through to a user, and that message will have a virus attachment on it. So far I have been exceedingly lucky and my users are well trained enough to not open the attachments that look odd or are unexpected.
Then later, perhaps 5 minutes or perhaps 2 hours - it varies, it will send out a notice saying that it found the virus and quarantined the message.
It obviously hasn't done so since the message was delivered.
It doesn't always behave this way, but it seems to especially do this with the "SoBig" virus/worm.
Is this a known issue? Has anyone here had any issues like this?
Thanks,
Eric
