NAV Crashing

I am running NAV 2004 on my small business system. Periodically it crashes when retrieving mail resulting in the following entry in the Event Log:

Faulting application ccapp.exe, version 2.1.6.3, faulting module asengbay.dll, version 2004.1.4.17, fault address 0x00010209.

I cannot restart the application easily. The simplest thing to do is reboot. Has anyone seen this before? Does anyone have an idea what might be going on?
