NAV CORP 8, on mail server

I am running Norton Corproate 8 on my network. My Exchange 5.5 server on NT 4 has the norton 8 client installed on it.

It is reporting a virus that it quarantined being found in d:\excgsrvr\imcdata\in\rbmpspfb.

I am not runninga "mail gateway" type AV product.

Is there any way I can access that quarantined e-mail to see who it is coming from so I can deny SMTP access from my firewall?? I am getting hit about 500 time a day.
