NAV CE Definition download firewall rule

We are using norton antivirus corp edition, setup so the server propogates the definitions to the clients. We have added a firewall and are trying to download definitions using the ftp.symantec.....etc however I cant find anywhere on the web what range of addresses I need to add to my FTP rule to allow through this new firewall (I have monitored the traffic flow and the range seems quite large).

Any ideas anyone,
