Question??? Lets say I have a table with 3 cells lined up in rows.. now lets say I want to put text (Nav bar) in the left cell.. in the middle cell I will have text but once I get to a certain point my nav bar in the left cell starts to move down.. how do I stop that from happing?

Nav bar in the left cell starts to move

Did you use ALIGN=CENTER or ALIGN=TOP. You may have to do it in HTML view.
Right click on the Cell to bring up the shortcut menu. Choose cell properties. Go the Vertical Alignment drop down box. Select Top.
