I just installed Norton 2004 Professional on my Windows XP computer after installing SP2. After the second re-boot and up-date, Norton downloaded the WMI update for SP2, however, Windows XP is still reporting that my Anti-Virus status is unknow. I have searched the internet for similar problems, but no one seems to be having the same problem (after applying the update). Any suggestions or anyone else having the same problem?
