NAV 2004 Does Not Auto Retrieve New Virus Definitions 1

Hi,

I have Antivirus 2004 running in Windows 2000.

In the Options, I have enabled LiveUpdate. 'Apply virus protection updates' is checked and 'Apply updates without interrupting me' is checked.

The problem is it doesnt auto. retrieve new virus definitions. I have to run LiveUpdate manually and then it brings in the new definitions.

Does anyone have a solution to this?

I had the exact same problem myself, the answer was a re-install.
