NAV 2002 - always the same virus definitions

Hello, friends
I run Windows XP Professional and Norton System Works 2002. When I run Live Update, the package downloaded has always the same amount of bites (4,6MB) and, if I run the One Button Check Up right after the installation of the new virus definitions, NAV behaves as if no new definitions had been installed at all... confirming that, if I run Live Update again, it downloads again the same package :-(
Any clues? Any solutions?
