NAUtilU.dll Error using ePO 3 and VS 7.1 on WinNT 4

Hi.

Since upgrading to ePO 3 and VS 7.1.0 on WinNT to avoid the Framework Service running at 100% we've had a spate of error messages titled:

NAUtilU.dll Error loading resource DLL

and then a list of 'missing' DLLs;

<installation dir>\VirusScan\Res09\naUtlRes.dll
<installation dir>\VirusScan\Res00\naUtlRes.dll
<installation dir>\VirusScan\Res001\naUtlRes.dll
<installation dir>\VirusScan\Res09\naUtlRes.dll

The file <installation dir>\VirusScan\Res09\naUtlRes.dll
does exist but 'Res00' and 'Res001' do not!

Clicking OK the gives ShUtil: Failed to initialize the McPal library.

Does anyone know what is going on?

Update.

somewhere along the way this stopped happening.

I suspect that one of the upgrade/updates we tried to fix the framework services problem triggered this and then the next 'fix' corrected it.
