Greetings,
During the installation of the Server we have an step to enable NLS. Did you enable NLS during that time ???. If so then you can see the NLS enabled in the Datastage Administrator.
When the DS Server is running in Unix U will find the NLS string in the dsenv file and Sorry I don't know the equvalent in Windows.
