National Call

Hi,

Just to know, it is possible to add a prefix for national call (1). I know we can for Sip trunk but for PRI or analog trunk if someone call from a national call the system don't show the 1 before the number. So when the customer use redial function that not working.

create a new entry in your ARS form that will put the 1 in front of whats dialed.

Ok but it not all the calls need the 1 before the number...

Already have the short code 1N;/1N/Dial/Group0

so create a couple more entries for your local 10 digit numbers and don't put the 1 in front in the second field, this will specify those entries to not put the 1

just replace the 904 with whatever area code you need to be 10 digit
