Please assist with the following:
we entered a new national account by doing the steps as:
1. created a new customer in RM00101
2, Create the parent national account and noticed it went into RM00105
3. tried to look at it from the user side and it asks us to create the customer ? but behind the scenes in query analyzer we see the record sitting in RM00101.
ONLY the records that were previously there as natl accounts work - no new ones work.
any suggestions of what other tables might need to be filled or any fields that may be inappropriately setup?
4.Version 8.00g44 SQL Server
5. Where can a related table schema be found.

Thanks,
Prism

Besides the RM00105 that is the list Parent Customer Ids, the only other table is RM00101.

This contains all the Customers, be it the Parent or Child.
The field Corporate Customer Number [CPRCSTNM] indicates whether the Customer record is part of a National Account.
The parent Customer ID record will have the same value in both the CUSTNMBR and CPRCSTNM fields, whilst a child customer will have the Parent's ID in the CPRCSTNM.

A record in RM00101 where the CPRCSTNM field is empty / blank is not part of a national account.
