Please can anyone help, we have just had IP Clear installed and SMDS removed, everything works fine except one thing that seems to of been overlooked is that we do not NAT remote users coming in and with IP Clear it is not letting any IP address come through they have to be in our internal IP range of 10.x.x.x.
This has never been done before on this site, we use CheckPoint 4.1 so I am trying to get support but as its old nobody seems to know the right way to go about it.
Any help would be much appreciated.
