NAT under Win2kServer stalls occassionally...

I have a cable modem connected to a pc running Win2k Server, configured with DHCP server and NAT.&nbsp;&nbsp;The second NIC connects to an 8-port switch.&nbsp;&nbsp;Most of the time, this works fine.&nbsp;&nbsp;But every now and then, pc's connected to the switch lose their connectivity to the internet (which goes through the gateway box running Server & NAT).&nbsp;&nbsp;To resolve this, I disable the NIC which is connected to the switch and then enable it again.&nbsp;&nbsp;After doing this one or two or three times, all is well.<br><br>The problem seems to be random.&nbsp;&nbsp;It will happen three or four times in a day, and not again for a week.&nbsp;&nbsp;I've done all the usual stuff: check connections, reseat the cards, reinstall the software, etc.<br><br>Anyone have any suggestions?<br><br>Thanks!<br>
