NAT Server Can NOT Ping Intranet Client

Intranet clients in a subnet behind a router have no problem communicating to the NAT server and to the Internet. However, the NAT server can not ping the intranet clients in the different subnet through a router. I did configure the Private Nic on the NAT server to include the intranet router. Any idea why the ping not going through?
