NAT question

I have 3 servers that need to be private from the internet and 2 servers that need to be accessed, (email server & citrix server). Can I use NAT to accomplish this, or would something else be better?
 
That request is a bit vague.. but in general terms, yes, NAT will let you put the various boxes behind a different set of IPs.. access-lists can also control access as can VLANs.
