NAT Problem with Protocoll SQLnet

I´ve got the problem that I must send pakets with protocoll sqlnet over a cisco router 7500 with following software,IOS (tm) RSP Software (RSP-IO3SV-M), Version 12.1(6), RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1), the router make a Network Address Translation of any kind of protocolls but not the "SQLNET" protocoll.

So my question is:
Any one knows what kind of softwareversion is this Problem fixed?

or have I a configuation problem?

I'm not really sure. It isn't listed as a supported protocol in
