NAT problem with cisco callmanager

I have installed CCM4.0 and it works in the LAN area correctly.
for remote users with invalid ip address behind NAT,I have some problem. the cisco softphone registers in CCM,but voice stream dosen't transfer,Does it need any special configuration?

I have a similar pb with IP phones on other subnet of a PIX even when I "NAT 0" the two subnets.

did you fix yours ?
