NAT not working

we have a new instalation of NG FP2 with trend cvp viruswall all on an NT box
3 nics
external, dmz (webserver), internal
all is working fine except the internal mail server (uses static nat)
when we use hide for internal pc's using anything except external interface it doesnt work.
dmz webserver working fine on its own NATed address

Have you checked the NAT rules on the firewall? Is the firewall ARPing for any addresses other than it's own?

All working now
only thing we did was uncheck boxes in NAT section of general properties install then recheck and install
