NAT and PAT Servers, VPN Issue

Hello,

My ISP Provider has these two kind of Servers (NAT and PAT), when I get automatically assigned to a PAT one I have no problem at all to establish a VPN connection but when I'm assigned to a NAT one I just can't establish a VPN connection.

My ISP Provider system, automatically assigns the IPs, so sometimes I'm assigned to NATs and some other to PATs.

Is there any configuration that they could perform over their NAT servers so when I'm assigned to one of them I could establish VPNs connections?
