WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SAN AND NAS ?

SAN runs using the Fibre Channel Protocol and is used with a Fibre Channel switch, Fibre Channel Host Bus Adapters and uses the SCSI-3 protocol layer.

NAS is network attached storage used with your network.
