Hi ...

I have had Call Recording Archives from Media Manager to NAS Storage for 4 years.
the customer needed to return back to calls 3 years ago.
all the call archives are not on Harddisk now as we formatted it, but they are still on the NAS.
if I have a number for example 00565412343xxxx, how is the best way to search to it through NAS.

Best Regards.

Hi ...

Again if I have NAS storage and Number. How can I search for the number through these recordings on NAS?

In the Previous contact Recording, each wav file have an XML file, when I open XML I found all details of the calls, I change the type of the file once to txt and to XML but when open it not working.

Thanks
