I have some users of my application using a NAS drive for the shared access to the database tables (native VFP). They are experiencing issues with Win10 sometimes not maintaining a connection to the NAS which requires the desktop to be restarted in order to establish a connection to the NAS again. There is one user that has Win8.1 still installed and does not experience this problem. The NAS is an older platform (Buffalo NAS) that is updated to the latest firmware but that is still quite a while ago.

Has anyone else experienced this problem and have any suggestions on what might fix this issue?

Thank you.

In the past, I've used
net config server /autodisconnect:-1
with some success
