we have 3 attendant in the main site opt81c rel. 25.40 and 1 attendant in remote site opt11c-mini rel 25.40. Nas is configured, calls are routed to remote att. when all attendant are switched off. but when the 3 att. are working busy and ther are calls in queue no calls is routed to remote attendant. Whi ??? thanks for reply

There have to be at least one call queue before the second goes to NAS. You also have to configure some timers that I can't remember right now, but I'll try to find out Monday when I'm back at work...

Nas configuration: LD12 TYPE 2250 KEY 07 NAS - LD15 NET NAS_ACT YES - LD 17 DCH NASA YES - LD 86 FEAT NAS TAB 0 ALST 1 ALT 1 ID 13999 TODS 1 ALST DBK Y QUE Y. LD 15 LDN ATDN.

Do you get any error messages during the NAS setup when NAS is activated on the attendant...? I know ther's a lot of patches on espl for this, have you tried to install them...?

Check out theese patches: mplr12912,15816,16451,16960,17331,17404,17798. Check your att_data and look at the CWCL prompt. That prompt has to be set to 1 1 if you want the second call waiting to be transfered through NAS.

If the CWCL prompt is set to 0 0 as default, NAS won't work I think.
