Hi,

I'm new to the whole NAS solution. I'm trying to setup an off-site backup and was wondering what software I would need to use to backup to it. Something that will backup only changes?

you can use a commercial package like tivoli,netbackup,Legato,commvault,... You can then choose for incremental backups ( once you established a base-line backup )
